Broken Wing

My soft angel wings were broken.
I gave up hope as I fell from Eden.

People saw my wounded heart and walked all over it,
Nobody cared for me, or my broken wing, not one bit.

But in your eyes I saw the same sadness,
The pain that leaves us open to madness.

Destiny is pushing us closer together,
But until now I didn't know I loved you for sure.

And from the sky fell down the stars,
I want to know who you truly are.

I know there's a secret you're hiding from me,
You too, have a broken wing.

Though the present is dark and lonely,
